​Dr Rebecca Connolly is a leading international expert in space and technology law. She leads the International Space Law and Technology program at the University of Sydney Law School. Rebecca is a Fulbright Scholar, holding a visiting faculty position at the United Sates Naval Academy for 2025 and has guest lectured at Harvard University . Rebecca is the Chair of the Board of the Space Law Council of Australia and New Zealand. She was the Australian 2023 Thawley Scholar in International Security with a visiting research placement at both the Center for Strategic and International Studies (Washington DC) and the Lowy Institute (Sydney) on space policy and national security.
